At about 5" wide and 3.25" tall this is truly a special gem from one of Rookwood's finest artists Sara Sax. Besides the stylized flower design and unusual colors and glaze, what jumps out is the red glaze inside of it and on the rim. Signed clearly with the Rookwood symbol xxvi (1926) shape #294 it is clearly signed by Sara Sax as shown. This might not be the biggest piece of pottery I own, but it is one of the most appreciated pieces in my collection. Shipping inc. ins. $30
