Sales Policies
We want you to enjoy your purchase
from the Clossman Antiques Market. Although we update our files frequently,
all merchandise is subject to prior sale.
Money-Back-Guarantee
All sales are final, however we
stand by our merchandise. If you find that any item is not as represented
return it immediately via UPS, insured, with an explanation of the problem.
(Any such returns must be shipped within five business days from receipt
and any Clossman Antiques Market stickers, tags or labels must still be
attached.)
Shipping
All merchandise is shipped U.S. Priority
Mail,
insured, unless otherwise requested. Shipping is paid by the buyer.
We make our best estimate of shipping costs. Should we find that
shipping will be significantly more than estimated and agreed to by the
buyer, we will contact you to make other arrangements.
Payment
All prices are in US currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard , American Express and , Discover as well as cashier’s checks,
traveler’s checks and money orders. Personal checks are accepted
with a processing period before merchandise is shipped.
Lay Away
Lay away is available. A
down payment of 25% holds merchandise for 30 days. If final payment
is not received, any payments are forfeited and merchandise is made available
for sale to others.
